Ticket Delivery, Refunds or Returns

Delivery Policy
Tickets purchased online will be available for you at the Will Call desk on the night of the concert. Simply provide identification to retrieve your tickets.

Tickets reserved in advance via the online ticket portal with the Pay at the Door option or via phone message will have a payment due and will be held at the Box Office window. Provide your name and the required payment to retrieve your tickets.

Will Call desk and the Box Office window generally open 1 hour prior to the concert start. All seating is general admission.

Refunds and Returns
If you are unable to use your tickets, you may exchange them for another concert within the current concert season up to 24-hours prior to the performance. If your ticket is for the final concert of our season, you are welcome to exchange it for the first concert of the next season. All tickets are non-refundable.

You may also choose to turn back your tickets for a tax-deductible contribution up to 24 hours before the concert start time at no additional charge.

If you are unable to attend a concert because you are sick, are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have been exposed to COVID-19, or cannot comply with the MPO’s COVID-19 policy, please contact the MPO at marketing@mnphil.org and your ticket will be refunded in full.
