All of Us opens the Minnesota Philharmonic’s season with a celebration of community, connection, and the many voices that shape our shared experience.
At the heart of the program is the world premiere of All of Us by acclaimed composer Beth Denisch, a powerful new work written for this moment. “My hope is that All of Us serves as a celebration of belonging, visibility, and as a witness to the enduring contributions of LGBTQ+ people across generations” (Beth Denisch). The evening also features Caroline Shaw’s Entr’acte, a modern masterpiece that moves effortlessly between intimacy and surprise, alongside Alberto Nepomuceno’s Symphony in G Minor, a rarely performed gem that showcases the richness and passion of one of Brazil’s most influential composers.
Join the Minnesota Philharmonic for an unforgettable opening night as we begin a new season together with music that reminds us that every story, every voice, and every note belongs to all of us.
