Delivery Policy
Tickets purchased online will be held for you at the box office on the night of the concert. Simply provide identification at the will-call desk and you will be given your tickets.
Refunds and Returns
If you are unable to use your tickets, you may exchange them for another concert within the current concert season up to 24-hours prior to the performance. If your ticket is for the final concert of our season, you are welcome to exchange it for the first concert of the next season.
You may also choose to turn back your tickets for a tax-deductible contribution up to 24 hours before the concert start time at no additional charge.
