Date:
March 26-27, 2010
The Twin Cities Gay Men’s Chorus reprises its performance of NakedMan, the life-affirming multi-movement work for men’s chorus and orchestra, and this time the MPO will be the featured orchestra. This is not to be missed – two of the Twin Cities’ GLBT ensembles on stage together, making music in a very profound way. (And although we cannot speak for the chorus, the MPO will be fully clothed.)
Also on the evening’s program, the Chorus will perform (sans orchestra) the world premiere of The Kushner Trilogy, The Promise of Living from Aaron Copland’s The Tender Land, The Impossible Dream from Man of La Mancha, Here’s Where I Stand from the film Camp, and more. Further concert information is available on the TCGMC web site.
